The DUP35RT grade, has a wear and impact resistant substrate, with a multi PVD TiAlN/WC/C coating, low cutting speed for unstable turning application of high temp super alloys, Ferrous and non Ferrous materials, at medium to low SFM (Vc) for interrupted cut wet or dry working condition. Molded medium polished positive chip breaker. High positive rake angle.
Available in PVD TiAlN/WC/C coating, high hardness and temperature resistance provide effective wear protection for cutting edges and lubrication properties
